Coherent StingRay Operator’s Manual

4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

The Coherent Connection software is an optional interface that,

if enabled, can be used to communicate with the RS-232 feature

of the laser. This software is not required to interface and

communicate with the laser—any serial communication inter-

face can be used. See “Section Five: Host Interface” (p. 5-1) for

protocol and commands
